Cancellation for In-Person Training:
I am so happy to be working with you and hope you won’t feel the need to cancel, however if you do, here is everything you need to know:
Course booking fees are non-refundable.
A 50% non-refundable/transferable booking fee will be required at the time of booking all courses unless otherwise stated. Your booking fee goes towards course booking and administration.
Students cancelling courses 7 days or less before the course start time will be required to pay the full cost of the course.
Emergencies will of course be taken into consideration and where appropriate the booking fee can be transferred to another course, however please note that this may not always be possible.
If no notice of cancellation is provided 100% of the course fee will be due.
Payments will be requested via the details provided. I’m afraid I’ll be unable to book you onto another course date until the cancellation fees are paid.
I’m sorry to have to do this, but I am a small business owner who relies on this as income to survive. I am so grateful for your support, thank you all.

Courses purchased online are non-refundable in most circumstances.
You may be entitled to a refund if you have not downloaded or accessed the course.
